Price will include: supply labor, equipment and material to complete internal sandblast to SSPC-SP-5 (white metal).

Apply 2 coats of Devoe Bar-rust 233H (10 14mils) or Equivalent to complete internal of tank.

Note:

• Substrate shall be prepared in accordance with RP0178 standards for surface cleanliness. Any grinding or removal of splatter shall be an additional hourly charge.
• Flange faces will be sprayed with one coat of Bar-rust 233H for a smooth even finish.
• Tank will be cured and ready for service.
• Customer shall vent tank before going to service.
• Customer should hot water clean (not steam) and wash tank with bleach, then flush according to AWWA C652-92 Guidelines to remove bacteria.
